INGREDIENTS and PREPARATION
| 6 cl | Horse with No Name |
| 1 cl | Pernod |
| 1 pc. | Sugar cube |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| 5 cl | Soda water |
| 1 pc. | Lemon zest |
Drop the sugar cube into a glass and give it a splash of bitters. Add in the rest of the ingredients along with some ice cubes and stir. Serve with a garnish of lemon zest.
Tip: Go for a horse-themed lowball glass – it’s the cowboy’s choice!
