MINT JULEP
INGREDIENTS and PREPARATION
| 4 cl | Horse with No Name |
| 2 cl | Soda water |
| 1 cl | Peach brandy |
| 4 pcs. | Mint leaves |
| 1 teaspoon | Cane sugar |
| 1 pc. | Mint sprig |
Tear the mint leaves into small pieces, then add them to a glass with soda water and sugar. Mix together and fill with crushed ice. Pour in the Horse with No Name, stir briskly, and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
Tip: Go for a horse-themed lowball glass – it’s the cowboy’s choice!
