HORSE WRENCH GANG
INGREDIENTS and PREPARATION
| 4 cl | Horse with No Name |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| 5 cl | cloudy apple juice |
| 4 cl | Soda water |
| Slice of | apple |
In a glass, douse the sugar cube with Angostura bitters and a splash of soda water. Use a muddler to break up the wet sugar, then fill up the glass with Horse with No Name and apple juice. Serve garnished with a slice of apple.
Tip: Go for a horse-themed lowball glass – it’s the cowboy’s choice!
