HORSE’S NECK
INGREDIENTS and PREPARATION
| 5 cl | Horse with No Name |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| 10 cl | Ginger ale |
| 1 pc. | Lemon zest spiral |
Pour the Horse with No Name into a glass full of ice cubes, then fill up with ginger ale and Angostura bitters. Garnish with a long spiral of lemon zest.
Tip: Go for a horse-themed lowball glass – it’s the cowboy’s choice!
